Patricia’s design expertise is drawn from corporate product development where she designs & develops consumer products from concept to manufacture. Her company, Tiger Bleu® Productions, Inc., co-founded with Michelle Mullen in 1998, consults with leading fortune 500 companies such as Hasbro, Mattel, Spin Master and Ganz on megabrands such as Disney Princesses, My Little Pony and Air Hogs. Patricia’s execution in design and film have long been paramount in her consulting offerings in business to business venues, and is now made available direct to consumers. She has a lifelong passion for folklore and history, and a drive to preserve and share stories in all types of media.
Originally born in Chattanooga Tn., Patricia spent many a summer running thru the foothills of WNC, attending Camp Flintlock in Tuxedo in the 60’s and 70’s. It is here she discovered mountain folklore by campfire, and the art of oral storytelling techniques as told by Bill & Bootie Ross, directors of Flintlock Camps. One Life, One Legacy™ Film Studios is a natural evolution of Patricia’s life direction as an artist, designer and filmmaker. The daughter of a advertising director, Patricia was at home either on a commercial shoot, or using her father’s art supplies, photography and film equipment. At the age of eight she asked for a tape recorder for her birthday, in order to record birds, make observations and invent stories. In 1999, Patricia returned to these mountains with her film crew to document and record many of the oral tales she had experienced as a child, told by Bill Ross to 98 campers at the Green River Preserve. It was of upmost importance to capture these tales as told from a master storyteller and mentor. She’s so happy she did, as these tales represent a slice of the very best in ourselves. They are moments to be enjoyed, shared and preserved. Patricia holds a BFA from Rhode Island School of Design, and is a graduate of The New York Film Academy.
Michelle Mullen’s corporate Marketing and Content Development expertise customizes every One Life, One Legacy™ film project. Her business background is rooted in design-oriented fashion and toy companies, such as Brighton and Mattel, directing corporate IP’s like Barbie, and pitching product media presentations. She currently leads marketing and product development for consumer brands and their launches. Whether directing new concept film “sizzles”, or developing toys and fashion items, Michelle creates multiple platforms for expression. She recognizes that individuals and businesses ARE their own brands, and crafts their film stories with clarity and continuity as cornerstones in each project.
Michelle has written product and commercial scripts for Fisher-Price and Hasbro which include music and sound design for beloved Disney characters, My Little Pony, and T.J. Bearytales. She’s produced numerous products for girl’s and pre-school toys for Mattel, Spin Master, Hasbro and Ganz. Additionally, she’s a graduate of the Institute of Children’s Literature in Connecticut and attended The New School in NYC.
Music content and sound design are also hallmarks of Michelle’s work. Her passion and awareness of multiple music genres contributes to choosing the emotional “tone” and texture of selecting the film’s music. Michelle’s musical pursuits include piano composition, and the life-long study of musical composers: classical, film scores, and singer-songwriters. A graduate of Texas Tech University, Michelle holds a BA in both Theatre Arts and English.
